This RMA item will allow you to prepay return shipping for your product. If repairs are required and they are not covered by the warranty, you may be contacted to make additional payment.
 
The warranty is stated here.
 
Essentially, user modification, damage, and neglect are not covered. The warranty is only valid for the original purchaser, and a copy of the sales receipt is required.
 
Prior to sending in a product for repair, we stronly recommend that you first try to troubleshoot the problem. A troubleshooting section is included in the manual. We can also be reached via email - info@okii.net. Response time is normally within 24 hours, and sometimes within minutes, depending on the time of day. If you do not get a response within 24 hours, it is very likely your email wasn't received, or your email provider blocked the return message. This is especially common with AOL and Hotmail.
 

If the troubleshooting section in the manual and correspondence with us do not solve your problem, you will need to send in your product.

  1. Download, print, and fill out the RMA form.
  2. Purchase the RMA item and pre-pay the return shipping from Okii Systems LLC to your address.
  3. The invoice number is your RMA number.
  4. Securely package your product and ship insured (at your expense) with tracking number to the address on the RMA form.
  5. Your package should include:
    • Original sales receipt
    • RMA invoice
    • RMA form
    • RMA (invoice) number written on the outside of the package
    • The product that needs to be repaired
  6. Do not send instruction manuals or extra parts, unless they are relevant to the issue
